Business hours

●We are open 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 a.m., 365 days a year (Except for the year-end and New Year holidays)

　However, after 23:00 p.m., if all children have returned home, we will close until the first reservation time of the following day.

●We will sometimes need to close for staff training, or for unforeseen causes such as natural disasters, epidemics and infectious diseases, etc. (The monthly payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.)

●An additional fee will be charged if you picked up after 3:00 a.m.

 

Targeted ages

●Preschoolers (between the age of 6 months and elementary school)

●We do not accept children who are unable to hold their heads up.

●We can accept children who are being breast-fed for ONLY 3 hours.

 

Service user fee

●Please refer to the price list.

●Prices are subject to change without notice.

●We will calculate times using a time clock.

●Please note that we will charge for an additional hour after the first minute.

●Payment in cash only, and monthly fees must be paid in advance.

 

Cancellation fee

●1,000 yen(+tax) will be charged if you cancel after 23:00 p.m. on the day before reservation.

●2,000 yen(+tax) will be charged for cancellation without prior notice.

・Spare clothes, towel, and tooth brush set

・A meal

 

＊To buy a meal here costs 300yen for each meal.

＊Please be sure to bring milk, baby food, and hypoallergenic food.

＊Please do not bring valuables or tiny toys.

＊Please write your child’s name on all of their belongings.
